Gt20 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the gt20 platform. By registering or using any of the services provided, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the gt20 platform via the website or mobile app, you give your full and unconditional consent to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Use of the gt20 platform is limited to individuals who:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
  • Be a resident or citizen eligible to use this platform under applicable local laws;
  • Have never previously been suspended or banned from the gt20 platform;
  • Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

Gt20 reserves the right to reject any registration application or suspend any user account that does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to register one account only on the gt20 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any credit balance.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. gt20 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents, proof of address, or other required information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential;
  • Ensuring that no other party has access to or uses your account;
  • Notify gt20 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
  • Updating your personal information whenever there are changes.

Gt20 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

3. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the gt20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local internet bank transfers, approved e-wallets, and other payment methods listed in your account's deposit section.

The key terms governing transactions are as follows:

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected payment method;
  • All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted;
  • Withdrawals will only be processed after successful completion of user identity verification;
  • Gt20 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud or a breach of terms;
  • Any taxes, bank service fees, or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user.

Transactions that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, contact the gt20 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

4. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Users agree to use the gt20 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without compensation:

  • Using software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet;
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or bonus systems;
  • Impersonating another person, submitting false information, or misrepresenting your identity;
  • Using your account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity;
  • Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for unlawful gain — any such gains will be voided;
  • Posting offensive, disruptive, or harmful content to other users via the platform's chat or communication features.

Gt20 reserves the right to monitor account activity at any time. Decisions regarding any breach of terms are final and rest entirely at gt20's absolute discretion.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

Gt20 bears no liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, internet connectivity failures, or third-party actions beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and gt20 makes no guarantees regarding service availability or accuracy at any given time.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gt20 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of gt20 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written consent from gt20.

Third-Party Links

Any links to third-party websites or services within the gt20 platform are provided solely for your convenience. gt20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing any third-party website is entirely at your own risk.

6. Account Closure, Amendments & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Gt20 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure of identity verification, requests from authorities, or at gt20's sole discretion. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the support team. Any valid credit balance will be returned once all reviews are completed, subject to the applicable withdrawal policy.

Terms Amendment

Gt20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the gt20 platform. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform should first be resolved through negotiation between the user and gt20.
